Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoreHire (the "Service"), operated by JimakuAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

CoreHire is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps employers source and evaluate potential candidates. The Service includes:

• AI analysis of job descriptions to extract requirements
• Automated candidate sourcing from publicly available LinkedIn profiles
• AI-powered candidate evaluation and ranking
• Recruitment reports and candidate insights

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis:

• Monthly Plan: $99 per month
• Yearly Plan: $89 per month (billed annually at $1,068)

Each plan includes 50 deep searches per billing period. Each deep search may return multiple candidates.

4.2 Overage Charges

If you exceed your included 50 deep searches per billing period, additional deep searches will be charged at $2.00 per deep search. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing period.

4.3 Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual
• Make hiring decisions that violate employment discrimination laws
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute candidate data
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Transmit malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. LinkedIn Data and Compliance

The Service collects publicly available information from LinkedIn profiles. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We only access publicly available profile information
• Candidate data should be used solely for legitimate recruitment purposes
• You will not use the data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction
• AI evaluations are suggestions only and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze job descriptions and evaluate candidates. You understand and agree that:

• AI outputs are automated suggestions, not guarantees of candidate suitability
• AI evaluations may contain errors or biases
• You are solely responsible for making final hiring decisions
• AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified human recruiters
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by JimakuAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (job descriptions, comments). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Candidate data will be accurate or complete
• AI evaluations will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIMAKUAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JimakuAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your hiring decisions based on Service outputs

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JimakuAI regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.
